Celebration of Symmetry

Challenge rules

"Symmetry" refers to objects that look like reflections of themselves. Anything that is the same on the left and the right, or on the top and the bottom, or both, is something that is symmetrical. For instance, if you look at a bird's outstretched wings from below, you'll see a symmetrical shape, because the shape of the left wing is the same as the right wing, like a mirror image. For "Celebration of Symmetry", we challenge you to find interesting examples of symmetry in the world around you.

Each kid can submit up to 2 photos for this challenge.
